You are not reading that wrong, Arthur and Max are leading the league right now (by a wide margin), and Michael is pulling up the rear. Michael sits in 5^th in the Yahoo Standings, but don’t let that fool you, he has played what turned out to be a very easy schedule to start the year and won a number of close categories along the way, covering up an absolutely dreadful start of his own. Arthur drafted a hot starting team with early season breakouts from Elly de la Cruz, Juan Soto, and Mike Trout while having the number one fantasy pitching staff (by another WIDE margin), even despite having lost Shane Bieber for the year. Arthur’s team has stayed otherwise healthy, allowing him to not be punished for stashing Walker Buehler as Walker nears returning. It’s been a good month to be Arthur, he took advantage of the extra early draft picks he had. For Max? Autodraft was very kind. The rubber is about to meet the road as Bobby Miller, Christian Yelich, and Salvador Perez have gone down with injury. Let’s see what manager Max will do when dealt pocket aces. Team BJ would have loved Max’s autodraft, alas, it was not to be.
