I went looking for a guest
blogger this morning, Arthur stepped up to the plate. Below is his take on the
week that was:
There was a discontent among the fantasy players this
week. Everyone must of been paying attention to Avengers End Game which made
350million domestically however there the few the proud that paid attention.
Let’s on focus on the number game for the battle of FIRST Place which was the
only important game. The battle between Dave and Bernstein were for the battle
of the ages. Their numbers were like Seasaws. they kept going up and down. One
minute Dave was winning the hitting categories and then Bernstein came from
behind and beat him in the hitting categories considering his top hitters like
Aaron Judge are hurt. Bernstein was winning the pitching strikeouts and the ERA
but Dave somehow mustard through one those pitching categories beating
Bernstein 3-2-1, but Bernstein out lasted Dave like he was Thor God of Thunder.
overall winning 9-4 taking out the 1st place champ and regaining the
throne. Bernstein and Dave led the league in pitching innings.
Could be a league record between the both of them.
Now let’s talk about little Max (Peter Parker who has inserted himself into SpiderMan who Crushed Matt like a little Ant Man and caught him in his little web of lies. [Michael redacted some really bad and over the top jokes] Max has been taking his steroids and focusing on crushing Matt. Max had the 2nd best record this week behind Bernstein. Max is making good decisions. He’s paying attention to his team and actually listening to advice from real champions in this league. He now has a down time since he is unemployed. Max is lucky I’m not making DC references because I would call him wonder woman since he has the new magic lasso
All I have to say since there are no good father and son references in the avengers so we’ll go with Star Wars. Mike is The Luke Skywalker as He destroyed Paul Darth Vader who had to salute his son by saying 10-4 Michael should consider changing his name to Pure Domination. Mike is now the Master.
Dean (Hawkeye Clint Barton) edged out Cory (Black Widow). Those of you who watch avengers endgame will know what I’m talking about. Their hitting was very close. Gary Sanchez Deans 5th round pick who he could of had as an 8th round pick on Sunday helped Dean prevail in the Rbi categories. Cory hitting was very atrocious he should consider making some adjustments. Especially now that his main man Yelich is found to be hurt his team actually has kryptonite. he may not be posting historic numbers for a while.
Now we come to the Ultimate showdown between Keith (Nick Fury) vs Brian and Josh who is Bruce Banner and the hulk is combined. Keith is keeping one eye open by staying above water; he’s making trades and he’s paying attention. Brian and Josh should’ve really been Captain Marvel but they just couldn’t knock out their old charm Nick fury Brian and Josh the past champions of two years ago they held their ground. Their hitting looks very dynamic and kudos for having the league high for 7 wins this week however you still would of lost strikeouts to Dave and Bernstein because they are so dominant. For some people this was a great week and for others it was just another pointless week this is Captain America and I’m signing off.
